INTERNATIONAL MOBILE MOVIE FESTIVAL
THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MOBILE CINEMA, WHICH AWAITS EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN CINEMA. QUICKLY TAKE YOUR SMARTPHONE, OPEN THE "CAMERA" AND CREATE MASTERPIECES, WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.
THE FIRST FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD IN AN ONLINE FORMAT. THE FINALE IS BASED IN SIBERIA, A HUGE REGION OF RUSSIA WITH INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL AND LOCATIONS, TALENTED PEOPLE AND BRIGHT LIVES.
This fesival is an independent competition held on the Internet.
The festival was created to identify talented filmmakers and promote short films.
THE THEME OF THE FESTIVAL:

FESTIVAL NOMINATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS
· Duration of the film (timing):
- category 1 – no more than 15 minutes;
- category 2 – no more than 3 minutes.
- category 3 – no more than a minute.
·Video horizontal 16*9. (for category 3 - vertical video 9*16 ).
·Recommended video format: MP4 (H264), MOV, WMV. If necessary, the Organizer can request a film in the best quality;
· Films produced in Russian are accepted without subtitles. Films produced in other languages are accepted in the original languages with Russian or English subtitles.
· The film can be edited using special software. The use of special effects is allowed. It is allowed to use drones, action cameras, stabilizers, and related equipment, but not more than 20% of the film.
· The film must not: violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
· A participant can shoot and submit any number of films for consideration by the jury, having issued a separate application for each new film.

You can send an unlimited number of works, but for each work you need to form a separate application and pay the registration fee.

Yes, you can use special effects and do the necessary editing in specially designed programs..
Movies can only be shot using a smartphone or tablet. BUT! it is allowed to use in no more than 20% of the film: unmanned aerial vehicles, action cameras, related equipment, lights, cranes, trolleys, etc.
Your works will be posted on the Organizer's YouTube channel, VK group, Instagram page* (a network banned in Russia), used for advertising purposes, and will be shown at the cinema in Minusinsk and Abakan.
The Regulations do not provide for full-time participation and the presence of participants and the jury at the Final. If you have the opportunity to come at your own expense, you need to inform the Organizer about it so that the latter contributes to your comfortable stay as much as possible.
